By signing this waiver agreement, parent or guardian acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in the baseball camp offered by Elite Athletics STL for children ages. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, accidents, or other unforeseen events that may occur during training sessions and activities. Parents agree to release and hold harmless Elite Athletics STL, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to such risks, understanding that their child's participation is voluntary and that they have the right to withdraw at any time. Furthermore, by signing this agreement, parents confirm that they have provided accurate information regarding their child's health and fitness level to safely engage in the camp activities.
