Policies
Payment for tournament entry needs to be paid 10 days prior to the tournament starting.
once tournament schedule has been posted, there will be no refunds.
1 week prior to the tournament starting, the schedule will be posted on our website.
There will be a medal ceremony concluding each age group’s championship game.
in the event of a rain out, each team will receive a 50% refund unless they have played 2 games.
If both teams aren't present when the umpires arrive, the game will be forfeited.
