Competitive Youth Baseball in St. Charles County, Missouri

The Midwest Saints Baseball Club (MWS) is a competitive, faith-guided youth baseball program based in St. Charles County, Missouri. Established in 2025 under Elite Athletics United (EAU), the program is dedicated to developing disciplined athletes, confident young men, supportive teammates, and future leaders.

We provide a structured baseball environment centered on player development, fundamentals, accountability, competition, character, and purpose. Our athletes are challenged to improve their baseball skills, increase their knowledge of the game, become coachable, and compete with confidence.

Our mission extends beyond winning games. We want young athletes to understand that their gifts, opportunities, and experiences can serve a greater purpose. We work to prepare them for success in high school, help them pursue future collegiate opportunities, and develop habits that will benefit them throughout life.

“Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.” — Esther 4:14

OUR IDENTITY

The fleur-de-lis represents That leadership, honor, discipline, tradition, and strength.

Black represents our unwavering discipline. Gold represents our pursuit of excellence.

As we begin this new season, we want every player to recognize that they have a purpose—both on and off the field.

We are the Midwest Saints.

Play With Purpose. Show Up. Work Hard.

THE SAINTS STANDARD

Being a Midwest Saint means representing the organization with pride, discipline, and purpose. Players are expected to show up prepared, work hard, respect their teammates and coaches, remain accountable, and represent the Saints properly on and off the field.

The Saints Standard is built on:

• Discipline
• Accountability
• Respect
• Effort
• Brotherhood
• Representation
• Purpose

Winning matters, but development, preparation, effort, accountability, character, and team culture matter more.

MORE THAN A BASEBALL TEAM

When a player joins the Midwest Saints, he becomes part of a culture built on effort, respect, accountability, brotherhood, and purpose.

Families, coaches, volunteers, and supporters also play an important role in our program. Together, they form B.A.S.E.—Behind All Saints Every Time—the support system that continues showing up for our athletes on and off the field.

We are committed to maintaining a positive, safe, and professional environment. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, disrespect, and behavior that creates division within the team are not accepted.
